The IEDL is committed to the following key objectives:

• Advance Research: Promote analytical and applied research in International Economics and Development, and related academic disciplines.
• Deliver Education: Design and deliver educational programs at undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels, aligning with the laboratory’s thematic focus.
• Host Scholarly Events: Organize academic lectures, workshops, seminars, and conferences, including inviting distinguished scholars from Greece and abroad.
• Produce Scholarly Outputs: Generate working papers, journal articles, books, and archival materials to support our educational and research activities.
• Maintain Online Presence: Develop and maintain a dedicated website featuring content relevant to the laboratory’s academic mission.
• Foster Collaboration: Build partnerships with universities, research centers, international organizations, and both scientific and civil society institutions in Greece and internationally.
• Manage Research Projects: Undertake, manage, and implement research projects and consultancy services.
